RI Housing will conduct the annual update of the Housing Choice Voucher Program Centralized Waitlist (CWL) from September 23 to October 24, 2025. This process occurs each year to ensure that the HCV waitlists are as current as possible with applicants who are still actively interested in a housing choice voucher.
All HCV applicants on each CWL PHA list will receive an email notification and a letter (if a mailing address is available) asking them to confirm their continued interest in remaining on the waitlist, and to update their contact information and preferences.
If applicants do not participate in this Save My Spot process, they will be removed from the waitlist(s).
