Warren Housing Authority’s Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) works with both property owners/landlords and participant families to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for very low and low-income families. The program subsidies a portion of each participant’s monthly rent based on family income. The subsidy is paid directly to the property owner/landlord.
