The Chelmsford Housing Authority s seeking proposals for Fully Integrated, Web-Based Housing Authority Software, and anticipates entering into a three (3) year contract for such services.
The proposal package can be obtained at the Main Office at 10 Wilson St., Chelmsford, MA 01824 after 10:00 am on October 28, 2019 or via email request to lisa@chelmsfordha.com.
All proposals must be sealed and submitted to the CHA on or before November 13, 2019 at 2:00 pm addressed to the Chelmsford Housing Authority, Attn: Lisa Singleton, 10 Wilson St., Chelmsford, MA 01824, endorsed with the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked with the applicable RFP name and number. The cost proposal must be provided in a separate sealed envelope marked “Cost Proposal”.

All bids are subject to applicable public procurement laws of Massachusetts, including General Laws Chapter 30B. The Chelmsford Housing Authority reserves the right to award and/or reject any or all proposals or to cancel this Request for Proposals, if it is in best interest of the Housing Authority to do so.
